At Byanjanam, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for food products due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery at support@byanjanam.com or contact us with contact form with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
